Toyoko Inn Tokyo Shinagawa Konan-Guchi Tennozu Isle

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, and although their English was limited, one of them could speak good Mandarin which was a bonus. The room was surprisingly spacious, perfect for a family of three, with enough space for all our luggage. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the provision of bathrobes was a nice touch. I also appreciated the availability of washing machines at a reasonable cost. The lobby was beautifully maintained and had a cozy atmosphere with standing heaters providing warmth on chilly days. The shuttle bus service was impeccable, always on time and convenient for getting around. Breakfast offered a delicious range of typical Japanese dishes, ensuring a great start to the day. this hotel offered excellent value for money and I was very impressed.

The location of Toyoko Inn Tokyo Shinagawa Konan-Guchi Tennozu Isle was perfect for me as I arrived at Haneda Airport. It was a short walk from the monorail station and the hotel even offered a free shuttle to Shinagawa Station. The free breakfast buffet was a nice bonus and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Despite the limited English at the front desk, I had no issues communicating with them.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the area. It is very near to Odaiba, only one station away. It is also conveniently close to Shinagawa JR station, making it easy to travel to other JR train stations. The monorail station is also within walking distance. The rooms are clean and equipped with high-tech bathrooms. The staff is helpful and provides outstanding service, even holding onto lost items until guests can retrieve them. The free breakfast is excellent and there are clear instructions on how to get to the hotel.

The staff may face a language barrier and not be proficient in English.

The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We appreciated the convenience of the free shuttle service to Shinagawa train station, as well as the close proximity to both the monorail and JR train stations. The breakfast provided was rich and satisfying, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
